We accept returns of defective, ill-fitting, or unused merchandise provided the merchandise has not been used, worn, or washed.
We will gladly replace the merchandise or refund the customer’s credit card so long as the original packing slip or order confirmation print-out is included with the returned merchandise. In the case that the original packing slip or order confirmation print-out is not included with the returned merchandise, we will not be able to replace the merchandise or refund the customer’s purchasing credit card.
Prior to returning the merchandise, please contact us at email@example.com to alert us of your desire to return merchandise. Please include your order number, name, and email address used at checkout.

We do not reimburse for postage to return merchandise, except when an order is damaged or an item defective. In the case of defective merchandise, we will be responsible for return postage on a case-by-case basis.
