The wood oven has always been a focal point of the open kitchen at Michael’s Genuine, and it’s no surprise pizza has found a special place in our hearth getting cozy with whole fish and fresh vegetables. Michael’s love for a genuine pie spawned a bunch of warm and welcoming joints where it’s the star, too — Harry’s Pizzeria. Now, the home cook can make and eat better pizza at home, getting comfortable creating balanced, delicious meals centered around everyone’s favorite food.

TUESDAY, MAY 14 – Genuine Pizza Garden Party at Michael’s Genuine Miami 📸 It’s release day, and we’re bringing it home to HQ! Join us as the book takes over the restaurant both inside and out on the patio for a stationed event. There will be plenty of pizza and awesome things to go with it, with a menu pulled from the pages. Each ticket is $100 and includes a signed copy to take home, tax and gratuity and a pizza party with assorted passed snacks, 6 pizzas, a selection of composed salads, cocktails, wine and beer all night long!
TUESDAY, MAY 14 – 21 – Genuine Pizza Week at Michael’s Genuine Stop in for lunch and dinner to enjoy pizza specials all week long pulled straight from the book. Each day a different combination of veggie and meat pies await the cheese-pulling!
